English House provides live, mentor-led spoken English coaching sessions delivered individually to each student. Course duration, session length, and pricing are as displayed on the website at the time of booking.

A booking is confirmed only after successful payment via our payment partner (Razorpay) and verification of your mobile number via OTP. Prices shown are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We require OTP verification of your mobile number to confirm and secure your booking. You are responsible for providing an accurate, reachable mobile number.

Sessions are held at the date and time slot you select, subject to mentor availability. If you are unable to attend a scheduled session, please contact us in advance — repeated no-shows may affect your ability to reschedule.

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

You agree to engage respectfully with mentors and staff. We reserve the right to suspend access for abusive, fraudulent, or disruptive behavior without refund.

All course content, materials, and the English House brand are the property of Verbal Vibe LLP and may not be reproduced, redistributed, or resold without written permission.

English House provides coaching services on a reasonable-effort basis. We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g. fluency level, interview results). Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the relevant booking.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kozhikode, Kerala having exclusive jurisdiction.
