When you book a session, we collect:

• Your name and mobile number
• OTP verification records (used only to confirm your number)
• Booking details — mentor, date, time slot, session duration
• Payment confirmation details from our payment partner, Razorpay

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or bank details — these are handled entirely by Razorpay under their own security standards.

• To confirm and manage your booking
• To send OTP verification and booking confirmations via SMS
• To provide customer support
• To improve our services and website

We share the minimum necessary data with trusted service providers:

• Razorpay — for payment processing and order verification
• MSG91 — for sending OTP and booking-related SMS messages

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties.

OTP codes are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text. Access to booking and customer data is restricted to authorized staff via a secure, authenticated admin panel.

We retain booking records as needed to provide our service and to meet legal and tax obligations. You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any retention required by law.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at support@myenglishhouse.com.

Our services are intended for users capable of entering a booking agreement. We do not knowingly collect data from children without parental involvement in the booking process.
